These LUTs have been carefully crafted to work well with all shades and skin-tones. Giving the subject a subtle but natural pop of colour, no cast or strange colours. Simply apply the desired LUT, make you're adjustments and then you're good-to-go.

Magna LUTs have gone through 2+ years of tests against all skin pigmentations and applied to footage from testers across the globe under varying lighting conditions and geographical colour hues.

The LUTs only work with my custom 'Creative-Style' for Sony cameras right now (any Sony cam released after the A7SIII excluding the Legacy LUT). This custom profile strips the footage down of colour and contrast, and softens the highlights. When compared to SLOG3 this is giving an easier to work with image with more room for error If underexposed or overexposed whilst providing equal Dynamic-Latitude to SLOG3.

K-LOG lets you shoot as low as ISO100, so NDs may not always be necessary when shooting during the day and/or in bright light.

Other Use Cases

Not just for Wedding, the LUTs can be used to stylise any of your projects. Interviews, documentaries, travel films or passion projects, these LUTs will help during the grading process. Just apply the LUT and make the basic adjustments such as exposure, contrast, WB or tint to your desired look and then you're good to go.

Updates

All the LUTs will receive further updates over time. We'll listen to all customer feedback we receive and will make the necessary changes and fine-tune until the LUTs are at a near perfect state. These updates will be rolled out as big changes yearly as I make the tweaks through the months.

Other Devices

Results may vary. Having some knowledge of colour correction/grading and editing is recommended in order to get the best out of my LUTs. These LUTs will only work with K-LOG (my custom profile) and will not adhere to SLOG2/3 or any other LOG profile for other camera brands. Results vary from clip-to-clip, there are other factors to consider such as lighting and location which will affect the results. You might need to tweak the edit after applying the LUT (changing the saturation, highlights, temperature and tweaking the color wheels). All sales are final and purchases are non-refundable.
